The interview process is pretty laid back, they'll give you a quick 5-minute office tour. It's a really casual setting, perfect if you like an open work environment. They need people who can work any shift, any day, so flexibility is key. Be ready to finish work late, around 11pm or midnight, and you'll likely have to work at least one weekend day. They ask standard questions, just phrased differently. You need to be a subject matter expert in Google Docs, or they won't hire you.

The process took a while but the interviewers were very helpful and thorough in preparing me for training. The recruiter responded quickly to emails and offered advice. After the phone screening, he said I would have an in-person interview in a few days. I was switched to a different interviewer at the last minute who asked a lot of questions but seemed nice. The office is nice and employees can dress casually.

I was in a group interview with 6 people. We went around the room and answered questions. They mentioned that they just opened and are still figuring things out. They emphasized the importance of transparency about the role we would be taking. They also couldn't confirm our specific shift if hired, which I didn't like.

  • Describe a time you handled a very angry customer.
