it was pretty intense, started with a hiring manager chat, then a meeting with the regional director, and then I did a panel interview where I had to give an account presentation. I used an example account to show my sales plan and strategy, like I would if I were covering it, and presented to the North America leadership team.

Had an interview with the internal recruiter, and it seemed to go really well. They mentioned they'd contact me the next day. It's now been almost 2 weeks since the interview, and I haven't heard back. I've followed up multiple times and even messaged the hiring manager, but still no response. It would be nice if people could at least let you know if they're not moving forward with your application.

The process took about two months and included a panel mock QBR presentation. The interviews were pretty disorganized and required a lot of back-and-forth emailing. I got a verbal offer, but then they went quiet for nearly two weeks when I asked for details and a written offer, and it was rescinded. I wouldn't suggest interviewing with Instabase or taking a job there; I can only guess how they run things if this is how they treat candidates.

The process was super organized! They sent all the prep stuff before the interviews. We had five rounds: round 1 was about web scraping, round 2 was JSON parsing, round 3 involved fixing buggy code, round 4 was a design round, and round 5 was a discussion with the manager/senior manager. You could do well in the first four, but round 5 really comes down to communication skills or just luck, honestly.
