First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Inspur Group.
Consultant
The interview process has two stages. First, you'll have a Director Interview where they'll really dig into your past experience. Then, there's the Final Stage, the VP Interview, where they'll also go deep on your experience and ask a casual question like about a recent book you've read.
- Can you tell me about your background and how it aligns with this position?
- What kind of contributions do you think you can make here?
- What's a book you've read lately?
Backend Developer
First there was a characteristic test and an online assessment. Then came two rounds of interviews. The interviews weren't too difficult, covering basic Java knowledge and then asking about my past project experiences.
- Can you tell me about your experience with Docker and Kubernetes?
- How have you handled high-concurrency in your projects?
Backend Developer Intern
The interview involved an introduction, explaining why I chose Inspur, and then some technical questions. They asked about basic Java knowledge, covering things like the difference between JDK and SDE, OOP principles, and the use of public and private access modifiers. If you've taken any computer science courses in college, this part should be straightforward.
- What distinguishes JDK from SDE?
- Can you share if you have any experience with Docker?
Software Engineer Intern
So we start with a quick hello from the interviewer, then I give you a rundown of the company and the role. You'll get a chance to talk about yourself, and we'll dive into your work history, see your skills and knowledge in action, and also chat about how you work with others.
- Tell me about your school projects.
- What are your thoughts on data structures?
- Can you describe your previous work experience?
