First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Inspiro.
Customer Service Representative
The whole interview process took place in a single day. It began with an initial interview. If I passed that, I immediately moved on to the pre-employment exam, which involved more than three tests for the specific account I was applying for. After passing the exam, I waited to be called for a final interview with another interviewer. The results, whether an offer would be made or not, were also revealed on the same day, right after the final interview.
- Given you're a fresh graduate with a degree unrelated to this field, what motivated you to apply for this position?
Accountant
So first, an HR person talked to me to see if I had the right qualifications and then the hiring manager did a cultural fit assessment. The next interview was with the hiring manager, and they asked more technical questions. They really dug deep into the technical knowledge, especially because of all the new regulations. I got the offer two weeks after the first interview.
- How do you handle difficult people?
Sales Associate
The first interview was a simple phone call where they asked a bunch of questions and checked your internet speed. Then, they tested your typing speed to see if you could type at least 25 words per minute. After that, there were a couple of mock sales calls to see if you're comfortable talking to people and can handle rebuttals.
- Do you type at least 25 words per minute?
Warming Agent
The interview was all about your personal experience, characteristics, and abilities. By sharing things about yourself, they're assessing your proficiency, character, and other aspects of you. I finished all of the assessments and interviews within the day, and also got a job offer within the day as well.
- Could you discuss your strengths and weaknesses, and how you manage them?
