First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Inspired eLearning.
AP Specialist
I started with a recruiter from IeL who asked me stuff from my resume and told me about the job and company. Then, I had a video call with the hiring manager who told me more about the role, the department, and asked me some questions about my skills. My last interview was in the office, where I met some of the department team and the hiring manager again.
- Can you tell me about your work experience?
- Can you provide general information about the position and company?
- Could you give me more details on the position and department?
Technical Support Agent
I applied for the Technical Support Agent role at Inspired eLearning. They were very upfront about the job duties. The HR team initiated a phone screening, followed by two more interviews via Zoom. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview with some of the team members.
- Can you explain what DNS is and what the acronym stands for?
- Describe how you would handle an unhappy customer.
Technical Writer
The job title was actually incorrect for the role. They were looking for someone more like a low-level content creator, not a technical writer. The director who interviewed me asked inappropriate personal questions, which made the interview unprofessional. HR never followed up.
- Did you answer personal questions?
- Did you answer behavioral questions?
Director
The interview process started with a pre-screen call, then moved to a remote interview panel and an in-person interview. There was a big gap in communication during the process where I didn't get any updates.
- Can you describe your management style?
- Could you provide examples of past situations you've managed?
- How would you approach a situation you've never encountered before?
