It was pretty straightforward. The interview was online and I talked with the head of marketing and the director. They had me do a presentation and then I had two separate chats. All pretty standard stuff.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied for the ATM position right before thanksgiving and was super excited about the role. The interview process took months, which I didn't mind. My first interview was a phone screen in late December with the regional director. Then, two weeks later, I had another phone screen with HR. The regional director then scheduled an in-person interview with me for the third round in late January. It was very conversational and I felt well-prepared. They told me what the next steps would be but didn't give a timeline for hearing back. Two weeks after that, I emailed the RD for an update because I hadn't heard back. The following week, still no reply, I emailed HR. She got back to me within minutes saying they had chosen another candidate and apologized for not getting back to me sooner. I was ghosted after a third-round interview and the RD never replied to my follow-up. It's a huge red flag, especially in this tough market; it's inconsiderate and sloppy.

Behavioral Technical

First, I had a phone call to get things started. Then, I spoke with the marketing manager who would be my direct supervisor. We covered typical interview topics like my strengths, weaknesses, and skills, and why I was interested in the position. After that, the manager went into detail about the day-to-day responsibilities of the role.

I applied for a Field Clinical Representative role and after two weeks, I had an initial screening interview with HR. It was a positive conversation where they seemed impressed with my background and implied I was a strong candidate. They mentioned I would hear from the Hiring Manager soon. However, it's been over two months with no communication, and the job posting is no longer active. I sent two follow-up emails over this period but received no response. I understand if the position was filled or put on hold due to hiring freezes, but the lack of any update or response to my emails has been very frustrating, especially after the initial positive interview. This lack of communication seems to be a recurring issue based on other reviews.
