the interviewer was nice and the questions were appropriate, not trying to trick me. I was worried about how little time there was for paperwork given that I would have a caseload and do evaluations. I asked a lot about this but the answers didn't make me feel any better.

Behavioral Presentation

It was one of the most efficient hiring processes I've experienced. There were three interview rounds. First, I spoke with HR, then with the direct manager, and finally with the top management/owner. The HR and top management assessed emotional intelligence on the spot.

The interview was relaxed. It was a one on one interview, unlike group interviews or teaching interviews with many people. The interviewer has retired, but her replacement is kind. If you are there to work and learn about the kids you will get the job, you just need to show you care.

The interview process was really fast and simple. I started with a call with the recruiter to see if I was a good match. She was very friendly and it seemed like she really read my resume and cover letter. After that, I was quickly set up to meet the people I would be working with directly and got an offer the day after the final interview. There weren't any unnecessary interviews or steps, and they gave me clear timelines and expectations for everything.
