First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Inspira.
Social Worker
The interview was brief but effective. I got to talk with several team members to get a feel for who I'd be collaborating with. I also had the chance to meet with both managers.

Operations
So, the interview got rescheduled a few times, which made me kinda anxious but also made it feel more important when it finally happened. It ended up being more than just a typical Q&A. It was a real chance to show what I can do and connect with the interviewer. It wasn't just about my work history; it turned into a get-to-know-you chat. We talked about my experiences, both work stuff and personal passions, interests, and what I value. They seemed really interested in my story and what drives me. It felt more relaxed and conversational, not so formal, which let me show my personality and how I'd fit in beyond just my skills. By the end, I felt like I had a good rapport with the interviewer. I'm waiting to hear back, but honestly, I'm glad I had that conversation, no matter what happens.
- Can you share some basic information about yourself?
Tutor
The interview process was streamlined and the interviewers were knowledgeable and nice. They pay their tutors well and offer good support for everything, from tech issues to student questions. I appreciated the individualized education plans and the resources available that allow tutors to create personalized plans for students' needs.

Nursing Unit Clerk
You'll start with an HR chat about your resume and some situational questions. You might also have to take a test, specifically on medical terminology for this role. After that, you'll meet with the unit manager and some of your potential coworkers, like a charge nurse, to discuss more situational stuff and why you're a good fit.
