So I had a phone screening and then an in-person interview. I got to meet with different people from the company and leadership. It was really cool that I could meet most of the team I'd be working with. They asked some good questions.

The interview process was really informative, and I had the chance to chat with some great people from the leadership and executive teams. I went through 2 rounds of interviews before getting the offer. I genuinely enjoyed my conversations with everyone.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! This company gave me very high hopes in the beginning. They kept stringing me along and made me do a total of SEVEN interviews for a position as a technical consultant. The interviews ranged from the initial expected recruiter call all the way up to their vice presidents and Bruce Hain their CEO. I kept insisting that I had to respect my current employer time since I was literally taking time off to interview for Insource and was hoping the interview process would wrap up soon in order for them to make a hiring decision. After seven interviews (taking up a total of 4 hours of my time), I was finally contacted by the recruiter and told that they went with another candidate. Two weeks later, I saw the same exact job listing posted where I found it the first time, with no explanation why. No company should ever do this many interviews to make a simple hiring decision. Avoid this company at all costs, they cannot be trusted and if they treat their potential hires this way, I can only imagine how bad the environment is once hired.

The interview process felt pretty standard, but I suspect they weren't being truthful. I was told they chose another candidate, but then I saw the job reposted a few days later, which makes me wonder about their ethics. They really seemed to focus on teamwork, company culture, chances for career advancement, and how they'd invest in my growth with training and support. Now I'm questioning if that was just a sales pitch for the job.
