It was about 3 rounds and overall a very nice experience. Started with a recruiter call, then I spoke with the hiring manager, and finally, there was a panel presentation. The recruiting team later informed me about the outcome. There wasn't a specific cultural fit interview.

The interview process was practically non-existent. I was asked if I wanted to work with them and I said yes. It was a really simple process to get started, and honestly, my gut told me something was off and I probably should have listened to it.

Behavioral Technical

Very heavy recruitment process, 3 interviews, the 2nd and 3rd are 1h30 long and the 3rd is onsite, late response, took 1 month to give an answer. (negative too) Easy and random questions, repeated in every interview "redundancy". >Advice, red flag interview, to flee, don't waste your time. with other companies that are so great, they see your potential from the first exchange and everything goes fast, luckily I had accepted another opportunity before receiving their feedback.

I had one in-person meeting with two managers, where they asked standard interview questions. Then, I went to a day-long assessment center. There, I met with several managers and directors. The day included a personality profile assessment, a coaching conversation about my profile, an interview, a role play that involved a presentation, facilitated sessions in front of a panel, and a lunch discussion with other candidates.
