It started with a meeting with the hiring manager, then I met with some people I'd be working with. We also did an onsite visit that included a tour, and then an HR interview. The whole thing wrapped up in about two weeks.

They gave me a call to talk about my background and experience. Then I went to their office for an interview. It was about 30 minutes. They wanted to know about me and how I work with others. They asked a QA question where I had to pick an answer from a database. Also, there were about 7 questions about physics and medical equipment, and spatial reasoning related to energy sources in space, like arranging heat spots and explaining how they work.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was intense and involved four calls: first, an initial screening with HR, then an interview with the VP/CEO, followed by a long (2-hour) and tiring interview with the Health Educator Director/Senior Health Educator/HR team. Finally, there was a concluding HR call about the outcome. Despite the intensity, everyone was nice and laid-back, and they were very open and honest about the role.
