Behavioral Case Other

It was a 3-round interview process. First, a behavioral interview, then a case study, and finally an in-person interview at the office. It wasn't too tough, but I was annoyed that the recruiter didn't reimburse my expenses after I got rejected.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The process kicked off with a phone screen that felt pretty laid-back. As they saw I was a good fit, the chat got more conversational, which was nice. After that, I got a case study to work on, involving invoice data. I presented my findings and they asked some questions to dig deeper into the data. It seemed to go well because they then asked me to present some work I'd done before. That also went smoothly, and I'm really pleased with how the whole thing went. From a work output standpoint, it was tougher than any interview I'd done before. But it means I'm starting the role with way less stress because I know exactly what's expected, and they know what I can do. Honestly, I liked the process.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

So, generally there are 4 phases to this interview process. First, you'll have a phone interview with a recruiter. Then, there's an online personality test you have to take. After that, you'll do a webinar where you present a technical model you've built to some employees. The last step is an on-site case study presentation and interview. They might fly you out to Mayfield, Ohio, which is near Cleveland, and they'll cover your flight and taxi expenses.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The case study was challenging, and about a week prior to the on-site interview, you'll receive a dataset and some assumptions to analyze and present in a PowerPoint deck.
