Behavioral Case

The first round was a 30-minute behavioral interview, followed by a 30-minute case study. The behavioral part was pretty casual, and while the case study wasn't super easy, the interviewer was helpful when I struggled.

Behavioral Case Technical

The interview process started with a behavioral and profitability case round. This was followed by a Superday which included a pricing model case and an Excel-based case. The cases were interviewer-led and very intuitive. You should definitely know your profitability frameworks. All interviewers were incredibly kind and actually interested to learn about you as a person, not just your technical abilities.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Be sure you are well versed in Excel and understand inputs to profitability.

Behavioral Other

This was the most chaotic interview process ever. Communication issues started with a "Happy Friday" message when it wasn't Friday and ended with someone saying my meeting was moved when it hadn't been. I sent my availability early on and the company got extremely pushy trying to schedule last-minute meetings on the day when I was in my current job's office. I was also told that they really needed to hire more females because it was an issue for them, I wonder why! I ultimately dropped out of the interview process because it was filled with too many red flags.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you describe your experience with pricing?
