First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Insight Global Consulting.
Marketing Coordinator
It felt pretty chill and they asked quite a bit about my personal life rather than my job stuff. They were friendly but kinda scary. I'm not really sure what the work vibe is.
- Can you tell me about your work ethic?
Account Manager
The interview process was intense and felt very personal and informative. However, it seemed excessively focused on sales buzzwords and energy rather than actual substance. It's best to go in with a clear understanding of what you personally value in a workplace culture. While the process moves quickly, it might not be the right fit for everyone.
- Can you describe your values and personality?
Sales
The interview process is centered on your outgoing nature and genuine interest in sales. They will assess your personality and how well you incorporate their feedback. It's all about listening to their suggestions and then putting them into practice.
- What motivates you to pursue a career in sales?
Project Manager Scrum Master
About a week after I applied for the PM/Scrum Master role, I got contacted. The first interview was a phone call, just a regular check to see if I was a fit. Then, later that same week, we had a second interview over Teams. They really got into my work history and asked some technical questions. Overall, it was a pretty typical interview process.
- Tell me about your motivation for applying to this role.
- What are your key strengths?
- What do you consider your weaknesses?
