Staff Accountant
The interviewers were really nice, approachable, and easy to chat with. It made the whole process feel relaxed, letting me show who I am and what I can bring without feeling too much pressure to perform perfectly.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
Investment Analyst
It was 4 interviews total. First was a recruiter call, then I met with the head of the team for a competency based interview. Then I went into the office for a couple more interviews, including one with the head of the entire group.
- Can you share instances from your work experience demonstrating teamwork?
Project Manager
The interview process started with a phone screen. After that, I was invited onsite to meet with three managers. The final interview was with the hiring manager and was mostly about personality, not really about my experience. The whole thing took about 3 hours. Oh, and make sure to park in the garage, not the front lot, because the front lot guy charges $20 and doesn't validate, but the front desk will validate your garage ticket.
- Can you describe your most challenging project and how you handled it?
- What's one thing you would change about your past job?
- What do you do in your free time?
Revenue Analyst
I applied on LinkedIn and heard back from the recruiter via email to set up interview dates after an initial phone screen. The interview happened shortly after on Teams. The interviewers were really nice. The recruiter kept in touch to see how it went.
- Can you tell me about your biggest strengths?
- What do you understand about this role?
