First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at InsideOut.
Marketing Specialist
My interview with Inside Out was pretty bad. The interviewer was really rude and unprofessional. They wrongly accused me of being late when I was actually on time. They also wouldn't answer my questions when I asked for clarification and generally treated me disrespectfully. It made the whole interview super uncomfortable and I was really disappointed. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company based on how I was treated.
- You were late for the interview, weren't you?
Senior Manager
It started with a phone screening the next day, followed by a phone interview with the recruiter. A week later, I had an in-person interview with the CEO and met with a current employee who showed me their work, which is basically appointment setting for professionals. About a week after that, I interviewed with two company leaders conference-style over the phone. Around a week later, I got a call with an offer for the senior manager role, or possibly another role they weren't sure which one, but knew the pay was considerably low for a senior manager. I asked if more money could be offered, they said they didn't know and would call back, but never did. A lot of time was invested in the hiring process to not even get a callback, which felt a bit unprofessional.
- What is the maximum number of employees you are comfortable managing?
- Can you share an example of one of your most significant achievements?
- How familiar are you with CRM tools?
Financial Analyst
I applied online and had 3 phone interviews. The first was with a recruiter. I got to the next round, where I scheduled my 2nd interview with the CEO. The recruiter then emailed me multiple times to reschedule the interview, changing the date and time. After agreeing to a new time multiple times, the CEO did not show up to our scheduled Skype interview. I had to call my recruiter and she apologized for forgetting because she was very busy. I rescheduled my 2nd round interview for a 4th time. The CEO texted saying she would be late again, so we ended up doing a phone interview instead of Skype. After this, I did the 3rd round interview. Overall, it was a very unprofessional interview process.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Can you provide insight into your CV?
