The interview process was pretty professional but also felt like a real conversation. They were upfront about what they were trying to achieve, the hurdles they faced, and how they collaborate with other teams to boost growth. It didn't work out because I was missing one specific type of experience they needed.

The interview process was not a good experience overall. They contacted me via text message at unusual times to arrange the first call. This was a red flag. I spoke with the hiring manager, who mentioned passing on other strong candidates and being very selective. Our conversation went well, and it seemed I had the necessary qualifications, but then I was ghosted. I would advise avoiding this company.

Had an HR screening call, then a panel interview with a few developers. They asked about my past work. It was a bad experience; one of the senior developers was super condescending and acted like I was stupid for not using a specific library, even though it wasn't in the job description. He lectured me and gave me a nasty look when I said I used a different one. It felt really demeaning to be lectured like that, especially as an experienced developer. The developers just gave off a bad vibe, and the program manager seemed worn out. The senior dev felt pretty toxic.

The first interview was good, interactive, and engaging. The second interview was not good, the interviewer seemed uninterested and said it was the last thing on her agenda. She wasn't engaging. The bad part is that I followed up via call and email, and they did not respond back. I checked the job posting, and it was not available anymore. As a common courtesy, it's in your best interest to at least follow up with a call back or email saying I didn't get chosen for the job. That's not very professional to ignore someone, especially after getting a second interview.
