Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had a phone screening and then an in-person interview with the VP and a Senior Proposal Coordinator. After that, I met with two hiring managers, and the final interview was with the CEO. The phone screen and the first two interviews went really well and felt conversational and professional. However, the interview with the CEO was terrible. He was rude and dismissive of my experience as a recent graduate and didn't like my questions. It felt unprofessional, and I've never had an interview like that before. I was prepared and wanted to show my interest, but he mocked me when I asked about the company's growth and his accomplishments, asking, "Why did you ask this?". I withdrew my application immediately after.

I had a recruiter call, and then they asked me a bunch of technical questions. They asked about myself, my hobbies, and my computer skills/certifications/education. They also asked about my previous employers and why I was looking for another job, and why I chose to work there.

The interviewer was really good and asked a bunch of questions about the job. It was mostly about network and system management, and also desktop support stuff. It went pretty well and I think you gotta be ready for whatever they throw at you.
