It was a zoom interview that lasted about 30 minutes. They asked me questions about my intern profile, which is what I was applying for, and also some questions about my interests.

Behavioral Presentation

The first interview was with my potential boss, who apparently didn't review my resume beforehand. I sent a thank you email after the interview, but got no response. The next steps involved another Zoom interview plus five separate phone interviews with team members, spread out over two to three weeks. The final stage was a product demo. However, the communication between the recruiter and InSellerate management was a mess. My potential boss said he'd reply within 12 hours, but never did. It's disappointing after investing several hours over five weeks. Companies should at least have the decency to follow up with candidates. Honestly, you can find better opportunities than this company.

Behavioral Technical Group

Lots of interviews, maybe 5 or 6 rounds total. The main thing they cared about, after making sure I had the skills and experience, was seeing if I was a good culture fit. I liked that because I've worked places with bad culture and it can really ruin everything.
