First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at INRY (IntegRhythm Inc).
Associate Consultant
I networked at the World Forum in Dallas and connected with the Director of Sales, who asked me to send my resume. The next day, an internal recruiter called me for general experience questions and scheduled the first round. In round 1, I spoke with a Senior Developer who asked technical questions based on my resume. After 20-30 minutes, he recommended me to move forward. In round 2, another Senior Developer asked background, situational, and technical questions for about 30 minutes, and I was recommended to proceed. A week and a half later, I interviewed with the Senior HR Manager. She asked about my background and story, my knowledge of the company, and then recommended me for the Associate Consultant position, after which we negotiated salary.

ServiceNow Consultant
I started this whole thing because I really wanted to work with ServiceNow stuff, so I applied through my college placement. First, there was a video intro. Then, I had to do a presentation about a project I did in college. After that, I had a technical interview where they asked me about ServiceNow, specifically CSA and CAD certs. The last step was an HR round where they threw some scenarios at me to see how I'd deal with things.
- Can you discuss a project from college?
- What do you know about CSA certifications?
- What do you know about CAD certifications?
Graduate Engineer Trainee
The interview process is set up to be straightforward but also a bit tough, giving you a chance to really show what you're capable of. It includes a few interesting and challenging interactions to check your skills, knowledge, and if you're a good fit for the job, making sure we get a full picture.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
- What are your interests?
- Could you describe your projects?
Technical Consultant
It was all online. First, there was a written round, then a technical round, and finally a manager round. The technical round lasted one hour and focused mostly on web technologies and tools.
- What are the basics of HTML?
- What are the basics of Javascript?
- Could you answer some questions on Java?
