The interview process began with a phone screening, followed by two subsequent interview rounds. I progressed to the second round. However, the hiring manager seemed unenthusiastic, apathetic, and unprofessional. They were significantly late for the interview, which was sometimes virtual but sometimes in-person. The manager was rude, offered no apology for the delay, and acted aloof. The interviews mainly involved behavioral questions tailored to the job's responsibilities. I decided to withdraw my application after the second round because I received a better job offer.

So the interview started with a call from a recruiter, then I had some virtual interviews with the hiring manager and some other people on the team. They asked me stuff about my technical skills, like with data analysis, reporting tools, and healthcare systems, and also about how I communicate, work with others, and solve problems. It felt pretty clear and efficient, they kept me updated and things moved along at a decent pace.

After submitting many applications, a recruiter contacted me about the Clinical Technician I role. We scheduled an interview, but they rescheduled it the night before. I had to reach out to get the virtual meeting link. In the interview, I met with RN supervisors who seemed uninterested from the start. Two weeks later, I hadn't heard anything, so I contacted the recruiter. They told me the unit had chosen other candidates but mentioned another unit was interested. They set up an interview, but again, I never received the link or a call to conduct it. It felt very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

The interview itself was normal. I was asked typical interview questions and was then given a tour around the facility. However, afterwards I was basically ghosted. I emailed the person who interviewed me and never heard back. They are very unprofessional. Even when emailed various times, they did not care to even let me know I did not receive the role.
