I was referred to this company by a recruiter. The interview process was very quick and straightforward. I met with two interviewers for about 30 to 45 minutes. They didn't ask many questions, mainly focusing on my skills and personality. Afterward, they gave me a tour of the lab where I would be working. Within an hour after the interview, the recruiter called to inform me that INOVA was interested in hiring me.

The interview process was extremely long, but I was interviewing for 2 positions within the company so I interviewed with two sets of people. First, I talked to HR, she gave me a test with basic chemistry questions to see how much I remembered. Then I talked to two people from ELISA Control, they didn't ask me anything from my resume, just regular pap questions like "What's your biggest strength/weakness?", "What do you think is the most important quality to have for this position?", and some personality questions I don't remember specifically. The second set of two people in IFA asked me more about what I knew about the company, and expected me to ask a lot of questions, so be prepared for that. I got a tour of the facility, and got to choose which position I wanted.

I had a phone interview with an HR rep who asked some really good questions about my background, my previous jobs, why I'm interested in this position, and what my career aspirations are. She also went over the job details and answered the questions I had. Then we talked about salary expectations, and I gave her a range that would work for me. That was it, no in-person interview followed.

Had two 30-minute interviews, and in each one, I met with two people, so I met a total of four people. They were all from different departments/teams. They brought me into the conference room to interview me there.
