I got a call from a third-party recruiter and it was all telephonic rounds. They asked a few basic questions. I guess their main motive is first hire and if the guy is good then keep him else fire him.

Innowatts conducted campus recruitment at DTU, starting with a test covering SQL, DBMS, ML, Data Structures, and debugging. Around 250 students took the test, which had about 50 questions. Test results were announced in an hour, and 52 students were shortlisted. Following this, 2 interviews were held at DTU, after which 30 students advanced. A week later, some students had a hangout round with the Innowatts USA team. I passed this round and was then invited for a final 1.5-hour face-to-face interview at the Innowatts office, which ultimately led to my selection as a Software Engineer. The process was challenging, but I gained valuable experience.

The hiring process was smooth and didn't take long. There were 2 rounds of technical interviews and 1 coding assignment that was a take-home task, which needed to be completed in 2-3 days. Within a few days, I received an offer letter.
