The interview process was very organized. After applying, I received a phone call the same week where I had a screening over the phone. They were very flexible with interview times. The interview started with a mini interview which included an overview of the job's expectations, hours and time to fill out the application. The interview was on the longer side, but it filled with helpful information and friendly conversation. They switched out interviewers which gave management an overall better sense of who the person is and helped to get a second/third opinion. The main things they are looking for here is someone who is positive, willing to work hard, who has a good attitude and work ethic. Sometimes it's good not to know how to do the position you're applying for. It provides a great challenge for you to overcome and gives the chance for you to build your skills without bringing old habits to the table.

We had a phone chat with the recruiter first. If that went well, I had a zoom meeting with the CTO. The interview was actually fun overall, and not bland like most of them. Some random freestyle question to get to know what your interests are and a couple brain teaser questions to measure problem solving skills.
