There were 4 rounds. First was an aptitude test with basic logic and programming questions. Next, an HR interview after the aptitude test where they asked typical questions like 'Tell me about yourself', 'Why did you select this company?', and 'What are your strength and weakness?'. Then there was a telephonic round which was the same as the HR interview. Finally, a technical round where they asked 'Why Did You Choose a Career in Software Development?', 'What Programming Languages Are You Proficient In?', 'Tell Me About a Software Development Project You Completed Successfully.', and questions related to my CV.

The recruiter emailed me with the job description and I asked about pay and benefits. Then they set up a call with the hiring manager. After that, I had another phone interview with someone who worked with the hiring manager. Since the managers were in a different area, we didn't meet in person. I'd worked for this client before, so I knew what it would be like. They told me they liked me but picked someone else. Then, ten days later, the recruiter said they had another job opening and wanted to offer it to me. But I had already taken another job.

I got to the interview 10 minutes early and the receptionist was nice and took me to the interviewer's office. The interviewer showed up shortly after and we began the interview ahead of schedule! She was friendly, professional, and spoke clearly. She asked some challenging and in-depth questions about my background and skills, but she asked them in a way that made it easy to talk. I didn't feel interrogated like I have in past interviews. The interview lasted about 45 minutes, and then I had the chance to talk with a senior manager for another 30 to 40 minutes. While I didn't get a job offer, the whole experience and everyone I met were friendly, personable, and professional.
