I think it was a complete waste of my time. I spent over a month going through six separate interviews for the Cloud Engineer role, jumping through endless hoops with no clear direction. The process was disorganized, with constant back and forth on trivial and repetitive topics that added no value. They're using a flawed automated AI system that records all video interviews, but fails to maintain continuity across interviews. Despite clearing every technical round, I was rejected for a reason that was explicitly addressed in the screening process. This shows a profound lack of attention, poor communication, and a complete disregard for my time. The company has no respect for candidates. Do not recommend applying to Innovative Solutions. It's a total waste of time.

The interview process was super smooth and fast, they were really organized and professional. Communication was great and on time through every step, so I knew what to expect. The interviewers were nice, which made it feel comfortable and engaging. Every part felt like it had a purpose and was well laid out, making the whole thing a really positive and seamless experience.

It was a test, then an HR round, followed by a technical test, and then a final HR round. There was also an aptitude test which was easy, and coding questions were asked. Overall, it was the best, not too hard. Prepare for coding on LeetCode, as questions asked were mostly from LeetCode. Also, solve SQL queries related to joins.

The interview experience was good. Doing interviews online is convenient and flexible for everyone. It's also great that the company gave me feedback quickly after the interview, which is helpful to know where my application stands.
