First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Innovative Information Technologies.....
Devops Engineer
So first, I had a phone interview, and then I went in for a face-to-face interview. They mostly asked technical questions and asked me about myself, plus a few questions about the skills I listed on my resume.
- Can you describe your most recent project?
- Could you tell me a bit about yourself?
- Do you have any questions regarding the skills listed on your resume?
Human Resources Assistant
The owner interviewed me and told me about the company's history. He also explained the job duties, pay, and start time. The benefits package, which was explained in detail, sounded pretty good. He made me feel comfortable, and the atmosphere was good with everyone being friendly.
- If a job offer were extended, what would be your earliest possible start date?
Service Desk Analyst
The interviewers were all senior management, and they were very easy going. They started with an icebreaker. Usually, two interviewers ask questions covering technical and customer service topics.
- Questions will be based off of your experience.
- Questions will be based off of your degree.
Systems Librarian
I got an email after sending my resume and cover letter for an in person interview. When I got there, two managers with open jobs talked to me. They asked normal questions like my work history, why I wanted to work there, and about my customer service experience. It was chill and I got to see where I'd work. No weird questions, just straightforward and actually fun.
- Can you account for the period of time missing from your employment history?
