Talent Advisor
The process started with an HR screen to check communication and cultural fit. Then there was a discussion with scenarios to see how I solve problems in real situations. It ended with a managerial round for the final decision.

Full Stack Developer
The interview process was of 2 rounds. Both the rounds were polar opposite of each other. The first round was taken by the developers themselves. They were really warm and receptive towards me while I attempt to solve the problem. They even helped out when I got mentally stuck. The second round was taken by a senior member. This round was probably the worst I have ever had in my time interviewing at multiple places. The interviewer was arrogant and not interested in participating in a healthy discussion. They were constantly cutting me off mid-sentence and were more interested in what they had to say than what I had to say (after asking me a question). They said my achievement was "easy" before I even described the problem statement. They basically turned every discussion into I am right, and you are wrong instead of a healthy debate.

- Do you know the theory/knowledge based questions related to the role?
Project Manager
The hiring process for this role wasn't fully defined yet. I went through 4 interviews with 4 different people, all covering the same topics. It seemed like the process hadn't been finalized. After clearing all the interviews, the HR team would typically check two references from my current and previous employers before making an offer. In my situation, after checking all the references, they didn't release the offer due to budget issues. It's confusing why the entire process was conducted if HR was aware of budget constraints.
- Can you discuss core project management principles?
- Tell me about your experience with Risk Management.
- How do you approach Resource Management?
QA Automation Engineer
I applied online. They had 2 technical interviews and 1 HR interview. After that, they said I got selected and to move forward, I needed to submit my education and professional details. They even verified my details with my manager and professor. I thought I'd get an offer soon, but 2 days later, they called me for another technical interview. I attended it too. 3 days later, I got an email saying I was rejected, and 'they were impressed with my background and experience, but they decided to move forward with other candidates'. I feel this is not the right way to treat people looking for jobs. I felt disappointed!!
