Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process consisted of 3 on-site rounds: an initial fit interview, followed by a technical interview, and concluding with a partner chat and offer presentation. The teams were quite involved, making the process feel very fluid. The offices were nice. The entire process took about 4 weeks.

The interview was remote. The HR and manager were nice people. Getting onboarded was quick, simple, and dependable, taking about a week. I sent all the needed documents through email. We talked about the salary amount.

Behavioral Technical Coding System Design

To kick things off, they asked me to talk about myself, my background, and basic skills. Then, I had to discuss some tough problems I'd tackled and what I find exciting about building software. After that, it was a technical interview covering Java essentials like collections, libraries, and multithreading. We also went over message queues, databases, and anything else I had on my resume. The next part involved solving a practical problem, similar to what the team works on daily. This included designing how a few services would integrate or interact. And that was pretty much the whole thing.

Technical

The interview process was good. I had been getting a job as a developer for all of May. The first day of going to work was postponed 2 times until they finally said that they suspended the hiring. This despite the fact that there was an offer from them. As a result, I left my previous job and got nothing. In essence, I highly don't recommend this place. They lure you with a salary higher than the market, then they throw it on occasion and spit on all previously signed documents and processes. Interestingly, the team in which I was supposed to come doesn't know about that and were waiting for me. I'm writing this review everywhere because it's a matter of principle.
