First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Innomotics.
Financial Analyst
We started with a self-introduction. Then they asked me about my work experience, project experience, and why I quit my previous job. After that, they introduced their department and team structure. We finished with a Q&A session to get to know each other better.
- What's most important to you when looking for a job?
Service Delivery Engineer
They were quick to set up an interview after I applied. The interviewer was very straightforward and clear about the job details. The first interview was basically a screening call, and the interviewer also gave me some tips for the next interview round.
- Can you tell me about your experience managing more than 100 projects?
Controller
I applied for a Controller position at Innomotics and had a very unprofessional impression of the application process, which led me to withdraw my application during the process. The invitation for the first interview (without HR) came one day before the actual date, as the position needed to be filled as soon as possible. Nevertheless, I heard nothing from Innomotics for several days. The second appointment was also scheduled very short notice via Teams (less than 24 hours notice). Also without HR. After that, no contact for a week and then an invitation on Friday afternoon for an in-person interview on Mon/Tue (involving a several-hour journey for me). During the process, I did not feel valued as an applicant and had the impression that I had to adapt 100% to the company (& extremely short notice).
- Tell me about your professional and project experience.
Working Student
The interview process was kinda tough, with a mix of behavioral and technical questions that dug into my background, experience, and if I was a good fit for the role. I made it to the final two, but unfortunately didn't get the offer and they didn't really give me any feedback on why.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What makes you want to work for this company?
- Can you tell me about your background and experience?
