Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Innocean.
Account Manager
The interview process was pretty smooth and they did a good job of hyping up the role and company culture. But, after multiple rounds with hiring managers, I got rejected and then saw they hired someone internally. If you already planned to fill a role internally, don't waste other candidates' time and energy.
- Can you tell me about your skillset and past experiences?
Account Manager
I went through a few rounds of interviews, meeting new people each time. It began with a phone interview, followed by three in-person interviews. The first in-person chat was quite relaxed and focused on getting to know me. The second in-person interview involved more case-based and scenario-based questions.
- What are your 5-year career aspirations?
Account Manager
It looked promising at first with two interviews and a call about salary and next steps. I thought they wanted to hire fast. But then they ghosted me. I followed up with the interviewer after weeks of no response. Then I followed up with HR and they said I'd hear back the next day, but I still haven't heard anything. It seemed like a good agency with chances for great experience, but it was a shame the interview process didn't show that.
- Could you describe your most important transferable skills?
