The first step was a chat about common things like how you approach customer service, your reasons for wanting to join our team, and what you know about our products. It was a good and smooth experience overall.

Setting up the interview at Starbucks was simple. The interviewers seemed uninterested, bored, and very young. They also had unrealistic expectations about working in-store and how often a store would allow brand reps to work, especially since the brand was only in a few stores in the city. The girls interviewing didn't engage much and asked mundane questions, which really discouraged me from wanting the position. I guess it's their way to weed people out.

The first interview was like a disorganized group interview. It was hard to find the room because the only sign was a piece of paper on a table. The interviewer was nice but seemed scattered. It lasted about 20-30 minutes. They said the next interview would be with her and someone else. The second interview was in the same place with the same person, and they asked pretty much the same questions, lasting 15 minutes. They mentioned a possible third round, but I never heard back. It felt very unprofessional.

It was a quick 15 minutes, but it was packed with really tough questions. They dig deep into your understanding of numbers and stats and how you can bring value to them. You should definitely know your numbers, it's super important. Also, be ready to talk about why you're drawn to the brand.
