This experience was incredibly unethical and unprofessional. They advertised the job at $40,000/year plus bonuses and benefits, but the recruiter's email stated it was around $30,000 or $14-16/hour base pay. Before the phone interview even started, they tried to lowball further, aiming for $12/hour starting pay for the same position. This is extremely crooked, as they clearly want to undervalue strong candidates from the outset. Other reviews also mention a poor work environment, with one person calling it 'the dungeon' due to the sour management. Seriously, stay away!

The interview involved a technical test where they gave us a study guide ahead of time. Then there was a 3-part interview covering customer service, technical knowledge, and availability. They said they'd let me know within a day, but I never heard back, which wasn't very professional. I did notice people coming and going, and most of them looked like zombies. I'm glad I didn't get a callback.
