First I had a phone interview, and then they had me come in for an in-person interview. They sent me a book beforehand to study up on the products, which they asked me about during the interview. The interview also covered basic math and billing.

I went to a job fair and submitted my resume. Then I was invited to complete an online application. After that, they offered me a video interview, but then sent a rejection email. It was a waste of time; they should interview in person. What a joke.

Technical Behavioral Other

It began with an online interview where I had to answer video questions. They were really looking for people with a lot of technical knowledge about web hosting. After that, I came in for an in-person interview. I'd suggest practicing your typing because there was a typing test. There was also a test on basic hosting knowledge, so any papers they give you, study them really hard. Then there was an interview, and I'd recommend looking up difficult interview questions and practicing your answers. They asked questions like, 'What's your greatest weakness?'. Also, having open availability really helps your chances.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you tell me about your greatest weakness?
