It was a simple and quick interview process, and I felt comfortable. I liked it because I didn't feel uncomfortable. I heard back quickly after it was done. I would choose this interview process again.

The interview was a one-on-one with the hiring manager and it wasn't stressful at all. It was very welcoming, and the atmosphere was really nice. The hiring manager picked me up from the lobby and we walked back together. I used that time to comment on the artwork in the hallway.

They did a group interview and then a 1:1. The main goal was to see if I aligned with the company's core values. Interviewing with the nurse managers was a positive experience because they were naturally kind and put me at ease. My advice is to just be yourself.
