This interview process was quite lengthy for an entry-level position or program. It involved multiple interviews along with written tests. The later stages of the interviews were certainly more challenging than the initial ones. It felt like they were looking for more experience than what's typically expected from an entry-level candidate.

Behavioral Technical Technical

It was a pretty long process, starting with a call with HR, followed by a written test, and then four interviews. It was a bit of a drag, honestly, but the interviews themselves were pretty chill and gave me a good feel for the company vibe. Funny enough, the first call had the toughest questions.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Met with a bunch of people at different levels, then had a meeting with the founders. Questions were pretty straightforward about my experience, skills, and interests. It was good to meet with people at different levels to understand the day-to-day work, leadership, and career path. I think they have a writing test now, but I just had to submit writing samples.
