First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at INK Communications Co..
Associate
I had the chance to speak with multiple individuals and get a solid understanding of the company. The job responsibilities were clearly communicated. I found the conversations engaging and felt positive about how the interview process went.
- What are your aspirations for this role and what do you aim to achieve?
- Tell me about your goals and what you hope to accomplish if you were hired for this position.
Account Executive
I went through two rounds of interviews, and each round had two interviewers. All of them were really nice and made me feel comfortable, so we could just have a normal chat and get to know each other. The questions they asked were right on point and easy to understand.
- Could you describe a campaign that you felt was your best work and explain its connection to INK?
- Can you give me a brief introduction about yourself?
- What were your typical daily responsibilities in your last position?
Project Manager
I had applied for a different role at INK, but then they asked me if I'd be interested in a Project Manager position instead. I said yes, and we had a Zoom interview. There were two interviewers, and one of them was a Program Manager. After the interview, they said they'd get back to me soon, but I never heard from them.
- Can you describe your project management style?
Content Strategist
The interview process was great and the company seems to be well-run. I do want to give a shoutout to Will Gilbert who walked me through everything and was very kind.
