First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at InHouse Physicians.
Mid-level Provider
The interview process was organized and professional. It started with a recruiter call, then an interview with a peer, and finally an interview with the manager. There were some behavioral and medical questions.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Registered Nurse
The interview process was pretty fast and straightforward. I had a 15-minute call with a recruiter. We mostly talked about my previous nursing jobs and my experience dealing with COVID-19 patients, doing tests, and using PPE. They made me an offer right on the phone and I was able to start work about 3 days after.
- Did you ever do COVID-19 tests?
- Tell me about your past nursing roles and experience with COVID-19 patients.
- Tell me about your experience with COVID-19 testing.
Telehealth Nurse Navigator
I started with a recruiter call to talk about my qualifications. Then I had a one-on-one with the manager. They asked direct questions about my interests, my past experience, and what kind of clinical practice I like best.
- Tell me about your clinical experience.
- What clinical experience do you have?
- What are you interested in?
Human Resources
My experience with their HR department was bad. The HR person kept getting my name wrong even after I corrected her. I had a short virtual interview where she seemed rushed and preoccupied. I didn't hear back about their decision, and my follow-up email was also ignored. It felt very unprofessional. I wouldn't suggest this company.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
