Fraud Analyst
The interview process seemed pretty easy and they don't require a lot of experience besides customer service, so this position appears to be entry-level. The interviewer was really nice and welcoming. I haven't actually worked at the job yet, but I start training next week.
- How flexible are you and can you work weekends?
Financial Risk Specialist
About a week after I emailed my resume to the HR manager, I was asked to come in for an interview. We talked about general things, and I also took a computer skills test and a drug test. I got the job offer about three weeks after the interview.
- How do you approach your work?
- Are you able to communicate in Spanish?
- Can you describe a challenge you faced professionally and how you dealt with it?
Customer Experience Specialist
I liked the interview process. We did some role playing. They seemed more interested in whether I would be a cultural fit than anything else. Everything seemed normal and straightforward.
- How do you handle difficult conversations?
