MBA Intern
Submitted my application with CV and cover letter. Had a first interview with the hiring manager that was super informal, mostly just chatting about me, the role, and how they intersect. Then there was a math/analytical test and a personality test. The second interview was with HR and the same hiring manager. They went over my test results and asked deeper questions about my capabilities for the role and if I'd be a good culture fit.
