First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ingerman.
Recruiter
2 rounds of interviews. The director was not very engaging during the panel interview. Office smells weird in some parts like damp, you have to find street parking or pay for the meter in the parking lot. I think that when they do reach out for in person interviews they should give those directions about parking but they dont.
- What is your interview style and volume?
- How do you handle hiring for roles with high turnover?
Associate General Counsel
The interview process was pretty straightforward with the General Counsel. They asked some pretty standard questions like why you're applying, your future career goals, and what you don't like about your current position. There were also two writing assignments I had to complete.
- What's your reason for seeking a new job?
Assistant Property Manager
I had an interview with my manager and the regional manager. We met at one of the properties I would be managing. The interview lasted about 30 minutes, mainly because I was already working for the company at a different location doing a lease-up.
- What are the reasons you believe you are a good candidate for this position?
IT
It was a quick interview with two people. They asked various tech questions about my background and if I had familiarity with the technologies they use. They were nice, and I could tell they have an extremely busy environment for just the two of them.
- Can you tell us about your technical background?
- Are you familiar with the technologies we use here?
