Technical Support
This was a really smooth interview process. The lead recruiter reached out pretty quickly after I sent in my resume, and they set up my interview for the next week. She gave me helpful info beforehand about what to expect, how to get there, and what to wear. For the actual interview, I talked with 3 different people one-on-one. We went over different things about the company, the job, and my potential role. Each chat was about 15 to 30 minutes. I got a job offer within a couple of days. The offer letter and HR stuff came fast after the offer call, and it was all super clear. I asked Carmen and Sonya questions during the interviews, and they got back to me fast with clear answers. The only thing I'd mention is the online application felt a bit repetitive after submitting my resume, especially since it didn't ask for much.

Account Executive
I had three phone interviews initially. Then I had to go to their office in Atlanta to meet with three people. It was a three-hour interview at their headquarters. They said they'd let me know in a few days, so I sent thank you notes. No response. I sent follow-up thank you notes, still nothing. I finally left a voicemail for the main person I interviewed with (not HR). Later that day, I got a rejection email, only because I contacted them three times. I don't mind not getting the job, but it's the lack of professional courtesy that bothers me – companies not responding or updating candidates on their status. It was unprofessional.

I had an interview with a peer and an executive, then a second interview with other executives. My third interview with the CEO was cancelled last minute and they said they'd reschedule the final interview which would include benefits with the recruiter. That final interview never happened, and the recruiter wouldn't even call me back for a status update. I don't know what happened or why, but honestly, I think I dodged a bullet. The disrespect during the interview process was unacceptable.

Content Specialist
The company was in a state of flux when I joined them, transitioning from one stage of growth to another, the process has no doubt been refined since then. However, it went like this back then: phone call with my potential department head (relaxed, informative), then a conversation with an operations director (also relaxed, informative, we instantly got along), an in person interview with my future department (you'll notice a trend: also relaxed and informative), and finally I met with two of the executives for a final sign off (you guessed it, relaxed, informative yet again). Everyone I met seemed sincere and curious. My time at the company proved this to be true.
