Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ingenics.
Project Engineer
The process was very slow. They didn't respond even after I emailed them multiple times. I even tried reaching out on LinkedIn, but that person wouldn't reply at all. They just ghosted me. I was expecting at least some clarity.
- Tell me about yourself and why you think you'd be a good fit.
Project Engineer
First an interview with HR, they ask you what you're looking for in this new job, about yourself, and previous life experiences. Then another interview with the manager or person in charge of the project.
- Can you tell me about your past work experiences and the knowledge you possess?
- What are your expectations for this new role?
- Can you share some information about yourself?
Project Engineer
There are three interviews. The first is meant to introduce the company and discuss possible areas of deployment and salary. The second is a technical interview, where I wasn't asked any technical questions, but my resume seemed to be enough for the employee. The third interview was about the contract, where the content and any additional benefits were discussed in detail.
- What are your strengths?
