Had an online HR call, the conversation was very good, very nice HR employee, asked many professional but also classic HR questions like strengths and weaknesses. Also asked questions about my personal experiences. Friendly and detailed. Was promised feedback by the end of the week (call was Monday) - but was then ghosted - after a month no rejection or any response. I am deeply disappointed that the company apparently does not have the basic human decency to respect or value applicants.

First, a 45-minute conversation with the recruiter where they talked about ingenics and then I told them about my resume. After that, a 1.5-hour meeting with the department, including a 5-10 minute presentation on a topic. I also talked about my resume in general and was asked about my strengths and weaknesses and my willingness to travel.

Technical Behavioral

The company gave a long introduction (15+ min). The questions were mainly about content topics from my CV, including very deep details about what exactly I did and how I did it. There wasn't a clear structure in the interview, and the two interviewers didn't seem well-coordinated. Still, it was pleasant and friendly.
