Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ingenico.
Stagiaire
The interview process was pretty straightforward. It was just one in-person meeting with the consolidation team manager. The interview lasted about an hour. There weren't any tricky questions, just the usual ones.
- Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses.
- What are your motivations for this role?
Intern
It was an enriching experience, being my first ever job application process. I had expected it to be more challenging, especially with the pressure we were under, but it turned out to be quite smooth. I felt very comfortable both during my personal presentation and the group activity.
- Questions were asked about your profile and a personal presentation that was prepared beforehand and delivered on the day.
- Additionally, there was a group dynamic where we had to create a chessboard and sell the concept to the managers.
Intern
Had a phone call with a Recruiter first. After that, I had a face-to-face interview at the office in Hoofddorp with two team members. It was about an hour long. We talked about why I want this job, what skills are needed, and what I'd be doing if I joined the team.
- Do you have HR experience?
