Program Support Specialist
There were 3 rounds. It started with an initial phone interview, then a formal phone interview, and finally a virtual interview with the director of operations and the team leader. It took about 2 weeks to hear back after the last interview.

Recruiter
I had a very relaxed interview with the operations managers. They asked open-ended questions to understand my personality and traits for the role. It felt like they were trying to get a good feel for me.

Account Specialist
I had two interviews for this role, the first was over the phone and the second was in person. I brought my resume to the in-person interview and talked about my previous experience, focusing on how it related to recruiting and HR. The whole thing took about an hour and a half.

Business Analyst
They responded in about 2 days. A phone screening was set up roughly 3 days after we first connected, and a video interview via Teams happened about 2 days after that. It was a nice chat, the interviewers seemed friendly. It felt pretty conversational.
