Behavioral Technical

The interview process had 2 rounds. The first round involved meeting with 2 team members. They asked for a self-introduction, typical behavioral questions, and then about 5-10 technical questions covering topics like VaR, Monte Carlo, Greeks, probability, backtesting, and stress testing. Mostly, I had to explain the concepts, without much difficult math. The second and final round was with the Team Head. This part was easier, focusing more on my motivations and communication skills, with no technical questions. The Team Head gave me an oral offer at the end. The whole process was super fast, taking only about a week from getting the interview invite to the HR offer.
