It started with a brief introduction and a relaxed atmosphere with a 'you' culture. One HR representative and two colleagues from the department were present. There was a short self-presentation, followed by open questions and a discussion about technical topics, motivation, and work expectations.

We started with cv screening and some motivational questions. Then there was an iq test and an orange code test. Finally, two in person interviews happened: one was with hr and a previous trainee, and the other was a business panel with two senior managers.
