after submitting cv, got 2 back to back virtual interviews with multiple people in the team. A combination of technical and motivational questions were asked, but mainly technical and market sense

It was a 5 stage process. First, a recruiter call, which was pretty standard, just asking about why I want to join. Then, two rounds with the team, covering both technical stuff and fit. I met most of the team members there. The last stage was a panel interview, all about fit with some riddle-like questions thrown in.
