The interview process had 2 stages. The first round was with 2 bankers where they asked about my motivations, an overview of the program, and why I chose the company and this specific role. The second round was an assessment center (AC) involving a case study and a group exercise.

This was a typical interview process. I had a first meeting with two directors and then another meeting with the MD. They were interested in understanding my background and provided more information about the role. It was a 2 stage interview process. The questions weren't very technical.

It started with an HR phone screening, followed by a first round with two team members, and ended with a Superday involving two senior team members.
